Enrolment forms must be accompanied by

• Immunisation Cerificate
  As of 28 February 2018, an Immunisation History Statement from the Australian Immunisation Register will be the only form of documentation accepted as proof of a child's immunisation status. Documents produced by GPs or other immunisation providers will no longer be sufficient as a form of evidence

• Copy of Birth Certificate or Passport on their return.

• Copy of Passport with the Visa Entry details or evidence of Naturalisation or Citizenship if the child was born overseas

We also urge that all parents with siblings who will be starting school next year to return their enrolment form to the school email address as soon as possible.

2022 Foundation Transition Program for students commencing Foundation in 2023
Camelot Rise provides the opportunity for pre-schoolers to participate in our

comprehensive Foundation Transition Sessions. These begin on Friday 22nd July 2022.

Find My School

​

The information evening for parents will be held on Thursday 24th November 2022.  This will be an opportunity for parents to meet the class teachers and other Foundation parents. School uniform will also be on display during the information evening.
